Where does Skincare Avenue deliver to?
 
Currently we are only delivering within the South African borders.
 
If you would like your order to be delivered to a P O Box address you will have to make use of our postage option via the Post Office.
 
Courier companies can only deliver to a physical address in South Africa because the courier service requires that someone sign for the delivery.
 
We also provide a pick-up/drop off option for clients that can arrange for their order to be picked up from a pre-arranged point in Stellenbosch. When we see that you have chosen for your paid order to be picked up, we will contact you via e-mail to make further arrangements.
 
Once your order has been packed and shipped we will mail you a Shipping Confirmation.
 
What if there is no one home when a courier delivery is attempted?
 
Courier deliveries are made during office hours, from Mondays to Fridays. You should always provide a shipping address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one to accept a delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.
 
What is your return and refunds policy?
 
The provision of products by Skincare Avenue is always subject to availability. In the unforseen case of a product not being available, we will contact you to make arrangements for either a replacement product or a full refund of the product within 30 days.
 
Cancellation of orders paid by credit card can only be made via e-mail sales@skincareavenue.co.za within 12 hours of the order being placed.  Cancellation of orders will attract a 10% administration fee of the total value of the order. If an order that is not paid by Credit Card, is not paid for via EFT within 4 days, the order will be considered as cancelled. Products ordered will only be sourced once paid for in full.
 
Due to the personal nature and possible contamination of skincare products we can not accept returns. Please ensure that you order the correct products. Damaged goods will not be replaced once signed for - DO NOT accept damaged goods. DO NOT sign for goods which arrive damaged, - notify us immediately and we will arrange for replacements to be despatched.
 
What are my payment options?
 
Payments can be made via Visa or Master Card credit cards. We are making use of Setcom's secure facillities to enable you to make secure payments by credit card by working with the existing financial infrastructure of credit/debit cards and bank accounts. You can safely store your details on Setcom for easy, no-hassle return shopping in future.
 
Payments can also be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). We are supplying you with Banking Details for an Absa account. If you are doing your electronic payment from a different bank it can take up to three days for your payment to reflect. Please e-mail sales@skincareavenue.co.za us a payment confirmation as soon as you have made your payment so that we can know to watch out for your payment, in order to execute your order as soon as possible.
